Refunds and Returns

Barossa Coffee Roasters is committed to customer satisfaction – if you receive a product that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply email us beans@barossacoffee.com
We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and packaging are in the original condition.
Faulty goods must be notified of the fault within 7 days of purchase.
Returns must be made within 7 days of notice to Barossa Coffee Roasters.
Returns must be in as new condition unless a faulty item.

Warranties and Repairs

We repair faulty goods at a reasonable cost or replace items that are deemed by us to be faulty manufacture or goods supplied by Barossa Coffee Roasters.
In some cases, faulty items cannot be repaired and a replacement or refund will be offered.
All warranties and repairs are at the discretion of Barossa Coffee Roasters

Order Cancellations

If notified before goods have been dispatched, Barossa Coffee Roasters can accommodate some order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Barossa Coffee Roasters reserves the right to refuse order cancellations.
