Sourced from the lush & fertile lands of Bench Maji in Ethiopia, this Grade 3 natural coffee is produced with care on a large-scale estate spanning 1,000 hectares, of which 890.5 hectares are dedicated to coffee production. The farm is structured in blocks according to coffee variety, promoting efficient cultivation & harvest management. Grown at altitudes ranging from 960 to 1,200 masl the coffee benefits from the region’s ideal growing conditions of rich soil, stable temperatures & a favourable microclimate.

This lot is processed using the natural method, allowing the beans to dry inside the fruit to develop a sweet, full-bodied flavour profile typical of Ethiopian naturals. The result is a cup bursting with vibrant fruit notes, balanced acidity & a rich, complex character that reflects the unique terror of Bench Maji.

Beyond quality, the farm demonstrates a strong commitment to environmental & social responsibility. Sustainability practices include intercropping with fruit trees, annual shade tree planting & terrace construction to prevent erosion & support long-term soil health. On the social front, the estate provides free accommodation & access to milling facilities for its workers, alongside annual performance bonuses. It also supports the local community through infrastructure projects such as road construction, helping to     strengthen the region’s social & economic development.
